Schemes of Arrangement: To Takeover Takeovers?

A comparative study of the desirability, from the perspective of shareholder rights, of using schemes of arrangements rather than formal takeover bids to achieve a change of corporate control.

This study is at its preliminary stage at the moment, and more details will be posted as the project progresses. The project is being managed by academics at Deakin University Law School in Melbourne, Australia.
