Our Work
Our activities involve:
- Preparing research reports on important issues and emerging
themes in corporate law and governance;
- Engaging with the media, law-makers and law reform bodies, and
corporate stakeholders in relation to contentious issues and law
reform proposals;
- Providing a forum for academic members to pool their collective
resources and knowledge with a view to organising and undertaking
research projects and to attract competitive research grants;
- Organising regular seminars and conferences on current areas
of interest and concern in relation to corporate law and governance.
We aim to provide a balance of practice-oriented and theory-oriented
seminars and conferences.
- Assisting and encouraging members to engage in research and
prepare papers and monographs (either individually or as part
of a group) with a view to publishing the work through a TCRG-
associated law journal (currently The
Corporate Governance Law Review).
