Mission Statement

To foster discussion and research in relation to practical and theoretical aspects of corporate law and governance, to raise interest in current issues involving corporate law and governance, to influence appropriate and balanced law reform, and to be involved in the preparation of monographs on topics of interest and emerging themes relating to corporate law and governance.
